Do I need to be technical to use Requex?
No. You launch a workspace, set your prices, and take bookings. If you want to go further, you can connect the AI agent you already use to run the admin for you.
What is vehicle lookup?
A customer enters their number plate and Requex identifies the car and the exact tyre size, then shows only the tyres and services that fit. It converts far better than asking a driver for their tyre size.
Do I have to maintain the tyre catalogue?
No. The makers, models, sizes and EU labels are maintained centrally for the whole network. You only set your own stock and prices on top.
Can I use my own AI agent?
Yes. Connect Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor or any client that speaks the Model Context Protocol. Your agent does the thinking on your account, and Requex spends no AI on your behalf.
How does the national network bring me customers?
Nearby drivers searching for tyres or a fitter are routed to the right shop by distance, service and stock. Mobile jobs stay inside the radius you set; workshop customers see how far they are.
Do I take payment online?
Yes. Card payments run through a trusted processor and settle to your account. Card details never touch your servers.
Does it work for mobile fitting as well as a workshop?
Both. Each option is priced and scheduled separately, and mobile jobs are routed by distance so the van drives less and fits more.
What does it cost?
