Requex is a business platform for auto-services shops, operated as a network on the SOIS platform by SOIS AI Ltd. This notice explains what we collect and why.
What we collect
Account details for the shops that use Requex, the business data a shop chooses to store (such as jobs, vehicles, stock and bookings), and limited technical data needed to run and secure the service.
Customer data held by a shop
When a shop takes a booking, the customer details it captures belong to that shop. The shop is the controller of that data; Requex processes it on the shop's behalf.
How we use it
To provide the service, to keep it secure, to bill for usage, and to support the shops that use it. We do not sell personal data.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. Use the data-rights form and the request reaches the right team.
